Do I Need A Realtor to Sell My Home?
The short answer is, No. You absolutely do not need a REALTOR to sell your home. You also don't need to go to the dentist to pull your tooth, but you would, right? Of course you would because you need a professional. The same is true with a REALTOR. If you want to get the most out of the sale of your property, then utilizing a REALTOR is key. Why? Well, it is my job to know this market inside and out. I watch the market daily to ensure I'm pricing your home aggressively to sell for top dollar. REALTORS typically have a higher level of marketing than what you as the home owner can provide.
